# Terms of use

The short version: the verdict comes from AI and can be wrong. The tool is free and comes as is. Only paste what you’re allowed to share. We may use what you paste, without anything that identifies you, to write about KRs.

## 1. Who we are

Outcomery (“we”) is run by Georges-Alexandre Hanin, an individual based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. By using Outcomery, you accept these terms and our [privacy notice](https://outcomery.com/privacy).

## 2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. Outcomery is meant for your own work, or your team’s.

## 3. What the verdict is, and isn’t

- Every verdict, finding and rewrite is written by Outcomery’s AI agent, built on Anthropic’s Claude and following Outcomery’s outcome framework. No person reviews it before you see it.
- It can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context only you have. Treat it as a second opinion.
- It is not professional, legal, financial or employment advice. What you do with your KR is your decision.
- Outcomery judges goals, not people. Don’t use it to rate, rank or evaluate anyone’s work or performance.

## 4. What you paste

- You are responsible for what you submit.
- Only paste text you are allowed to share. If your employer treats its goals as confidential, rewrite them first, or don’t paste them.
- Leave out company names, people’s names, and anything that identifies a person.
- Don’t submit anything unlawful, or anything that isn’t yours to share.

## 5. What we may do with what you paste

You keep whatever rights you have in your text. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store it, analyse it, and use it to improve Outcomery and to publish statistics and rewritten examples about Key Results, including in posts, articles and books. This permission continues for anything already published after we delete the text.

In return, we promise: we never publish a submission word for word, and never in a way that identifies you, your company, or anyone named in it.

## 6. The verdict and rewrite are yours to use

Use the finding and the rewrite however you like, with no credit needed. Other people may receive similar rewrites for similar KRs.

## 7. Fair use of the bench

- No bots, scripts or bulk submissions.
- Don’t try to get around the hourly limit or the length limit.
- Don’t try to extract the instructions behind the tool, or make it do something other than inspect a KR.
- Don’t attack, overload or probe the site.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

## 8. Free, and as is

Outcomery is free. We may change it, pause it or stop it at any time. As far as the law allows, it is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, including that verdicts are accurate or that the site is always available.

## 9. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you or anyone else make based on a verdict. Our total liability to you for anything related to Outcomery is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

## 10. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. If you use Outcomery as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

## 11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using Outcomery after a change means you accept the new terms.

## 12. Contact

Questions about these terms go through the [contact form](https://outcomery.com/contact).
